¿Qué es Honda Sensing?
Seguramente, al revisar la lista de especificaciones del modelo Honda que te interesa, te has topado con esta característica y te has preguntado: “¿Qué es Honda Sensing?”
Se trata del sistema principal de seguridad y asistencia al conductor ADAS (Advanced Driver AssistanceSystems), desarrollado para detectar peligros en el camino, intervenir en caso deser necesario y reforzar tu seguridad mientras conduces.
En palabras simples, se trata de una expansión de las capacidades humanas, ya que utiliza cámaras y sensores para vigilar las zonas que el ojo humano no siempre puede ver, asegurando que cualquier conductor, sin importar su experiencia, pueda manejar con mayor tranquilidad.
Principales funciones de Honda Sensing
Este sistema está diseñado para ser tu mejor copiloto; incluye asistencias inteligentes que hacen tu experiencia de manejo más fácil y segura en todo momento.
Estas son las principales tecnologías que incluye la versión estándar:
Frenado con Mitigación de Choque (CMBS™)
Utiliza una cámara y un sensor de radar para detectar vehículos u obstáculos delante de tiy aplica los frenos automáticamente para prevenir un percance o reducir su impacto.
Control Crucero Adaptativo (ACC)
Mantiene el vehículo a una velocidad constante y ajusta automáticamente la distancia con el vehículo de enfrente.
Asistente de Mantenimiento de Carril (LKAS)
Detecta las líneas de carril y corrige suavemente la dirección para ayudar a mantener el vehículoen la posición correcta.
Sistema de Mitigación de Salida de Carril (RDM)
Este sistema detecta si el vehículo se sale de la vía sin usar la direccional. Según el modelo, puede proporcionar un ligero control de la dirección y el frenado para reducir la posibilidad de salirse del camino, pero no asume el control de la dirección.
